Early production Oster 2.0-Lb ExpressBake Bread Maker models 5838, 5838-33, 5838-026 and 005838-000-000 are distinguishable by a removable loaf pan with 3 circular rivet heads surrounding its interior kneading post. If you own one of the model 5838 variations and your loaf pan has 4 circular rivet heads surrounding its interior kneading post then your unit is a late production model. Do not buy the paddle listed below . Use Paddle part no. 145848-000-000 instead.

Oster Fusion Blenders are a range of 7 speed blender models with push button controls. In a break from their usual design philosophy, Oster have changed the design of their jars and components for these blenders. So, parts such as jars and bottom case are different from those for other Oster models. The replacement parts for Oster Fusion Blenders are listed in this post.
Replacement Parts for Fusion Blenders
These parts are for the 7 Speed Fusion blender models BRLY07-B, BRLY07-BF, BRLY07-W, BRLY07-Z. These parts will also fit the 3 Speed Counterforms models BVCB07-L00-126 and BVLB07-L
In a world of increasing complexity, there is a niche for simple appliances which get the basic job done. The Beehive range of blenders from Oster is an example. A characteristic beehive shaped base housing the motor gives these models the name. The specifications are quite similar for all the models in the beehive range – 2 speed, 450 or 500 watts motor, 5 or 6 cup glass jar. As noted in an earlier post, almost all Oster components such as the jars, blades and seals, fit almost all the models. Replacement Parts for Osterizer Classic Beehive 4093 and 4094 Models
These are the older beehive models with a square 5 cup glass jar. However, the base dimensions are the same in almost all beehive models. So the newer round jars will also match these blenders.

Rubber coupling located below OS-070 square drive pin. This is the rubber coupling located below the square drive. It has two threaded holes and connects the motor to the square drive. Basically, unplug blender, unscrew plate at base, remove plate and unscrew motor, unscrew old ripped drive coupling, screw new one in along with square drive pin from old coupler, and reassemble in reverse order

These Beehive models have a round 5 cup glass jar. However, the base dimensions are the same in almost all beehive models. So the older square jars will also match these blenders. Apart from the Jar with its matching lid and filler cap, the rest of the parts are the same as those shown above for the 4093 and 4094 models
Replacement Parts for Oster Contemporary Classic Beehive 4126, 4127, 4128 Models
These Contemporary Classic Beehive models have a round 5 cup glass jar. However, the base dimensions are the same in almost all beehive models. So the older square jars will also match these blenders. Apart from the Jar with its matching lid and filler cap, the rest of the parts are the same as those shown above for the 4093 and 4094 models. The jars also have an optional red colored slope cover.

Oster, one of the earliest and well established blender manufacturers, have many popular and successfull blender models to their credit. Unfortunately, the In2itive range of blenders is not one that Oster and their customers would be happy about. Which is a shame, because in concept and design, these are wonderful, elegant, convenient and futuristic. Featuring One-touch operation , Pre-programmed cycles to prepare food and drinks, progress indicator, the blender turns off and beeps when finished. The hitch, though, is in the implementation of the design, which has resulted in a number of problems such as leakages from the jars, clips on the bottom of the skirt snapping off, motor locking up, black oil, broken toret wheel. The blade enclosure/sealing mechanism is cheap plastic. The locking indents wear real fast, so the sealing ring doesn’t seal, and leaks. Due to the high rate of failure, Oster have stopped production of the In2itive range of blenders and unfortunately, parts for these models are not easily available. Even more unfortunately, in a break from their long tradition, Oster changed the dimensions of the jar and seal and put a skirt in place of the bottom seal. So, Oster replacement jars, seals and other parts, which fit into practically all the other 100 odd Oster models, are not suitable for the In2itive models. Unlike most other brands, spare parts are available for even 30 year old Oster blender models. Moreover, most of the parts are compatile with the Sunbeam models also. Oster provide a few variations of blenders jars. The most common are the 5 cup glass jars. The old ones, still available, were square shaped, while the new jars are round. There are also the clover shaped 5 cup jars and 6 cup jars. These jars fit almost all Oster and Osterizer Blender Models. There is even a stainless steel model available from Blendin

This will fit all Oster blenders, but if your is a VERY old model (40 years old), using a 4 cup jar or a new model using a 6 cup jar, your lid will not fit and you may need to purchase the OS-060 lid and cap

An oster blender jar set contains, apart from the glass jar, a cover or lid with a filler cap; a blade assembly, a sealing ring and a jar bottom. If your jar is intact and you only need to replace any one of these smaller parts, you can get them separately at much lesser cost than the cost of the whole jar assembly.

Other Replacement Parts for Oster Blenders
If your blender motor is working, but the blade is not rotating, you need to take a look at other parts such as the Drive Stud and Drive Coupling, which may have got worn out. These small parts are also available separately for putting your blender back in working condition. You will need to open the blender base for replacing these parts.
